Director's Welcome
Hello, my name is Liana Morales. I am the mother of two young boys, and have been married since 2002. I have grown up in Fremont and have been the site director of Hearts and Hands Fremont since January 2010. I am quite fortunate to be a part of such a GREAT school. The love, respect and excellence this school and company provides is amazing!I have a sincere interest and passion to serve God's family. Not only do I have my own family, but I also make the children and families that come through my life, a part of my heart.

Qualifications
As the director, I have worked in the preschool field for 16 years. I have held my director's certification since 1999. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from San Jose State University in 1999 and an Associates of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. I have served at this center since 2010. God has sent me here for all the right reasons, and mainly to serve Him!
Center Awards
Our center has earned a couple awards for the 2010 year. The first award went to our Fremont center for growth of 50% of the potential enrollment. One of our teachers, Ms. Lanetta, received an award for persevering through difficult challenges and overcoming them to become a better teacher in the ministry. I truly believe that in time, our center will continue to grow tremendously and hope to achieve future awards, too. The entire team we have is amazing, I am sure you will see this through all their hard work and dedication to Hearts and Hands.

As the director I have worked in the preschool field for 8 years. I have held my director's certification since 2006. I have a degree in Early Childhood from Fresno State in 1998. I have served at this center since 2007.
Center Awards
We received the Perseverance award for overcoming our challenges and developing new staff, growing enrollment, developing new leadership and committed to our new direction of a solid value plan of Safety, Love and Excellence.
Ashley Dericshweiler won the Attendance award.
Deanna Fisher won the Outstanding Passion in Preschool Ministry Award.
Leslie Ebe won the 2010 Director's Choice Award.

Qualifications
As the director I have worked in the preschool field for 8 years. I have held my director's certification since 2009. I currently have 22 units in Early Childhood Education. I am continuing my education and working towards getting my BA.
Center Awards
We received the Hearts and Hands Award for the Highest Enrollment in 2009! We were able to obtain this award thanks to all the wonderful families who bring their children to us here, at Hearts and Hands.
Mariss Haupt also won a HH Staff Award for Flexibility Odelia Gonzales and Fabiola Hernandez won HH Staff Awards for Outstanding Attendance.
Maribel Cachu-Rios won a HH Staff Award for being a Student in Preschool Ministry.
Regina Molina won a HH Staff Award for Outstanding Vision in Preschool Ministry.
